Yes, this should be nationwide, normally it is set by corporate. It's up to the manager if they want to discount it any further, they normally don't cause then they just lose money.

Manager wouldn't do anything...it's also just a home-printed coupon..which if you were using at Staples (and it was from a competitor), per their policy, they would not even accept.

Hm...I don't know why they don't accept it. They must have a pole up their ass :/ Most stores are all about customer satisfaction, or they're supposed to be anyway.
