Thanks, but I caved and just went there and bought them. $60 was still a great deal and they're a great pair of shoes. I got the black/whites.
My other two pairs of shoes are a little bit flasher with some orange and yellow so I figured I'd get something that will match everything I wear.
I tried on the transitions ($100) and they had a seam right at the top of the foot near the toes that was very annoying. I don't see how anyone would buy them after trying them on.
The Screams had no annoying seams and were very light and nothing like I'd ever experienced before really. They are slightly similar to a pair of New Balance shoes I had a couple years back but nicer. I am used to wearing shoes with a lot of padding and I feel much more balanced.
I haven't done much uneven ground testing as I don't want to get them very dirty, but I wore them out of the mall and I noticed when I was goofing off walking on the curbs in the parking lot, the shoe contoured around the curb and I felt very balanced. Such an awesome concept and an amazing shoe.
The only question I have is durability since they are pretty thin all around and very lightweight. I'm 250 pounds so hopefully I won't need to buy a new insole any time soon.
Well worth $60+tax.
Also, if you have Reebok's before, these shoes run .5 size bigger than normal. My Reebok size is 11.5 and the 11s fit great.
