is there a way to use this a main and linksys wrt320n with a gigabit router as a repeater? or vice versa?

i currently use wrt320n which is much better in 2.4ghz range and throughput but N600 beats both wrt 320n and wrt610n
the only disadvantage is lack of gigabit ports

my current setup has a wrt320n router on 2.4GHz band
I have 3 laptops, a wireless printer, a HDTV, xbox and WD 1TB live that access the network. I discovered problem with speed when tried to ftp files to NAS and stream movie on to HDTV, my wife shouted "internet not working", then I realized the throughput of my age old router cant handle all the data.

What you need to do is get a DUAL band Gigabit router and connect NAS and gaming console or TV to the router and use 5GHz band if your clients support it, also check the throughput of the router before you buy.

I can't really get my Wiii to connect to this consistently. Other than that, it works very well and handles 1080p streaming media or file transfers between my home network very well, unlike my old Linksys Wireless G.

Oh, also, it has this bright blue light in the center that new firmware updates prevent you from turning off. So that's actually pretty annoying.

Put DD-WRT on it and was able to turn off the blue LED.
