how does something hold up in court anonymously. have they stopped reporting to a property because of so many anonymous calls (dog warden does) for those that hate spelling mistakes www.walmarts.co

guess the dont want noob firefighters i welcome all inspections and even invite bldg inspectors to come in and chat if they see me at one of the buildings. the news crew? sigh |

not knowing what his complex is like, an example OP calls bldg dept, then calls fire dept and news crew. everyone shows up and news gets it on the 6:00 news. headline "building nearly burns, no working detectors" after inspection the only orders are to replace 1 malfunctioning detector and 1 expired extinguisher. hardly worth the wasted resources let alone the news story that was incorrect. the OP needs to write a letter to management stating the issues. =paper trail if things are that bad and not corrected in 30 days he should put his rent in escrow/tender at the county courts and let a judge decide. |
