No problem. The build on Steam was updated in December (or somewhere around then) last year after Double Fine reacquired the rights to the game from whoever published it initially. They updated a late level (Meat Circus) with a very difficult platforming section by relaxing the timing a bit; they added Steam Achievements, fixed some small bugs, added a few easter egg sort of things (check the Achievements if you've not played the updated game yet) etc. I can't remember whether I played pre-update Steam version with my pad or the KB+M, but I definitely replayed it after the update with 360 controller. It is the wired USB variety, btw.

As I said, my favorite adventurer/platformer.

Based on past sales and the future when Steampowered store has its sale its probably worth $7.49 for the 3-Pack and if buying as singles $2.49 to $3.50 each!

Good sale for now on the 3-pack or single games Psyc + cQuest....but not a deal on Stacking game alone.

For my tastes psyc is fun but old game, cQuest and Stacking are not my kinda games.

It has been confirmed by an Amazon rep that the bundle is a separate key for each game.

I'm really interested in getting Psychonauts...but can somebody confirm, does this play well with mouse/keyboard? I'm too cheap to buy an Xbox 360 controller just to play this game

I just came here to say that I love Psychonauts, got it on original Xbox and Steam. The art and the sense of humor is great.

I do believe it is a different build. The Steam version was updated last year. I play with a wireless 360 controller and it works pretty well. I used the little mod for the controller.

I think this is a big warning. Dated graphics are a little hard to overcome. I tried replaying the original Deus Ex. Couldn't get into it. I wasn't really in a position to get into a deep game anyway, but the graphics didn't help.

That being said, I believe Psychonauts has be sort of updated, but more along the lines of maintaining compatibility.
