Im not sure if this does or not. If it doesnt the WD TV does, I have the WD TV Plus, it supports internal and ext. subtitles and multiple audio streams in the file, as in audio 1 is Jap. and audio 2 is Eng in the MKV, you can pull opts. up while playing the file and select the alt. audio. Also it does HD MKV 1080p just fine.

The WDTV Plus Refurbs. can be had for around $65 on ebay w/6month Man. warranty. I picked a few up for friends recently & they worked great, or the newer versions are $75-100.

Not sure why the WDTV hater here thinks they're garbage. Mention using one from back in the day to a jailbroken AT2. They do update firmware and hardware. WDTV Plus w/custom firmware vs jailbroken AT2, Im curious as to what makes the WDTV garbage?
