Not saying that all ebay sources are illegit, but often regarding coupons/discounts/etc reselling them violates the Terms/Conditions of the offer, technically. To some people, even SD'ers, it's worth $3 to keep your nose clean and totally eliminate risk of any problems, violations, or getting blacklisted.

So I give this deal a TU.

That RESTAURANT.COM site is a scam...the coupons are worth absolutely nothing...the restaurants honor them if they want, but don't get a dime from RESTAURANT.COM. It's just a way of the restaurants forcing you to spend more than you might otherwise, plus make you tip the waitstaff handsomely. Geico should be ashamed for promoting this SCAM....
It's just advertising....I get better deals FREE in my mailbox!
