This just worked for me! Saw this deal this morning, needed a new laptop. Searched inventory using the link and the closest store to me (roughly 9 listed) was the ONLY one that showed to have limited stock. Called and the asst. manager answered. He said the showed ONE left. I kindly asked him to go and find it, which he gladly did. He agreed to hold it for me until I got off work. This was about a 25 min drive for me. I had the expired coupon already printed out, and planned on asking them to accept it although it had expired on the 5th of May. Walked in, found him, he went and brought it out, the SKU matched and I then said "Sir, you have one of these left. I drove 30 miles to come get this. PLEASE accept this coupon." He DID! WOO HOO!!!

Good deal OP.
My wife has the i3-2330 version of this and it is pretty nice. Battery life is good and the screen is one of the better ones we saw on a 14" in the more budget friendly laptops. If we were in the market for another 14" model, I'd probably jump on this one. I'm almost tempted to pick this one up and sell the current one for about the same price we paid for it since we picked it up cheap on the Dell Outlet since this one has the i5 and USB 3.0. Hmmm. Decisions Decisions.... Edit: Only 1 in my area and it is about 25 miles away. That makes my decision rather easy. Last edited by wazlo21; 05-04-2012 at 07:25 AM.. |

Man, was planning on getting an i7 with 8gb ram...but for the cost savings this has me thinking. Can anybody use the coupon or do you have to be some kind of rewards member or something? I can't see the coupon on my computer at work, blocks it.
