Yes, 30 days from what I was told at the checkout when I asked. Go back in with receipt and you should get a $10 refund. If this was an item still in stock I would say wait until the 30 days was almost up, but since these are sold out pretty much everywhere the price should not drop again so it should be safe to go now.

1045T are back in stock in DFW! Getting that with Biostar mATX cause I already purchased a mATX case

might be irrelevant, but get the 960T if possible. mine unlocked to x6 without trouble.
In addition, the Gigabyte 970A is a better mobo than the M5A97 from Asus. The GA board is more on par with M5A97 PRO.

The 960T is for sure the better buy....if you can find it in stock. Mine also unlocked to 6 cores and oc'd to 3.6 no problem on the Asus mobo.

125W CPU, so you might want a 500W+ PSU to go with it. They have a generic 500W PSU [microcenter.com] for $15 AR. I've had decent luck with generic PSUs, they've died on me in the past but not so often where it becomes more expensive than buying a brand-name PSU.

I also checked out the Diablotek Legend case at the store today and it looked OK, no sharp edges, tool-less design. $25 AR. But for $3 more ($28 AR) you'd get a brand-name case from Thermaltake, which has pretty much the same features but you get a nicer logo in front of your computer.

Went for the Biostar A880GZ board today. Best "cheap" board that works with the combo.
