Office Depot ~$30 MM (make $30), Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 3 User, AR + BB PM, YMMV, continues thru 5/12/12
This week at Office Depot:
Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 2012 3-User for $79.99 [officedepot.com]
PM to Best Buy on sale at $29.99 [bestbuy.com], valid in-store 5/6/12 - 5/12/12. I PM'ed with the below-attached PDF generated from the flash weekly ad, unfortunately this item didn't appear in the weekly newspaper version of the ad. If you want to print one specific to your city/town, go here [shoplocal.com], page 21, click the item, click "print".
- $60 Trend Micro/OD Rebate [young-america.com]. Limit 1 per name/address/household. Only one rebate per qualifying purchase.
($79.99 - $50 PM) * tax - $60 rebate = ~$27 to $30 money maker
UPDATE: Deal continues through the week of 5/6/12 - 5/12/12, Best Buy price remains at $29.99, OD rebate valid through 5/12/12.
Great way to monetize OD Rewards and make some extra!
I'd been eyeing this all week and was just too busy to get to OD until today. It worked, I presented a printout of the item from the Best Buy ad. OD called the local Best Buy to verify that their price did not include rebates. Only disappointment was him only allowing 1 copy at PM price, citing Best Buy's limit of 1 (apparently he got this from the phone conversation).
YMMV due to PM and MM nature of this deal. If you encounter the wrong manager, he may balk at you walking out with a $60 rebate on top of the PM. If you run into that, you can always use the "I don't care about the rebate, I just want the sale price, you can keep the rebate form" line, it has worked for some. Then use the rebate form linked above.
