I need to find a quality replica Rolex. I know, but please read.
Help if you can.So in the mid 80's when I was a young teen i purchased my Dad a fake Rolex for his birthday for like $10 or something from a guy in a trench coat. He has never taken it off since, and it has never missed a beat in all those years (Changed the battery 4-5 times, and thats it). He turns 60 here in a few weeks, and I think he is ready for a replacement, if anything a great story. Anyone have any ideas for a quality replacement? He deserves a real one, I know, but this will have to do, and I don't think he really cares about the name on it anyway. |

Check craigslist. Even if you don't find a seller, sometimes you will find someone has posted an ad in the "Wanted" section where they're looking to buy in bulk. These are often the people you see on the streets selling them. Contact these people who post in the "Wanted" section and see if they have any to sell.

If you don't care about the name, just get your dad a nice Seiko, Citizen, Wenger, Swatch, or even "just" a Timex, Invicta, or Swiss Army/Victorinox/Wenger. Your dad's watch is probably a quartz watch, and is therefore more accurate than a Rolex. Heck, go see how many watches pop up in hot deals, this is just from the last day:
