I have this with CM9. I also use the HP case that converts to a stand with the front cover. it works great but one thing that sucks is you have to position this correctly and precisely for it to charge. Sometimes it takes a minute to move the tablet leftor right for it to charge. Also the front flap of the cover has to be flipped back all the way up so the edge of the pad can sit on the lower lip of charger. This is charging in landscape mode.
I would charge in Portrait mode but the cover is wrong way and seems to be off center to charge.
Hi. How did you set the touchpad to enter presentation mode when on the touchstone? I cant seem to find that setting.
Thanks in advance.
I'm looking for a deal around 20. But this isn't a bad value.
I would think so, but now I'm not sure.
i came in to ask this question too, i loaded cm9 onto my touchpad as well
can you still use this running CM9?
I'm running CM9 with a Touchstone and I've never had any problems charging in portrait mode. I don't charge in Landscape mode, so I can't speak to its usefulness in that regard. As for lining it up, when it's in the hp case, if you don't need to see the screen it is really easy to line it up with the touchstone as the front of the case is segmented and centered. Additionally, as long as it is properly seated, it does enter "dock mode", and it charges almost as well as a direct plug to the wall, but as someone else said, if you're charging overnight it really doesn't matter. If you want to view the giant clock in dock mode, it's as simple as opening the flap on the case, and just leaving it open; it still charges reliably.
same here. i was lucky to grab my refurb during the last run but by then most of the firesale accesory's were gone.
hoping i can find the case/keyboard and touchstone cheaper but i'm patient ill wait till it drops further.
Hmmm, I just don't understand why it is so inconvenient for people to plug in the TP. I usually come home and automatically plug in one or two cells and the TP.
I just put ICS onto the TP a few days ago. I have not discovered any big battery drain yet.
I do hope that they get the camera and mic working. Did the CM7 version have a working mic and camera? I miss Skype and I miss copying pages of material with my Cam scanner app.
