I think i mixed the CSR with big ticket item department through which my tv was price matched and i was told to place the order online and then he adjusted and told he cant place the order over the phone.. i dont know if they are different dept or one and the same.However In that case its not always you can schedule date and delivery unless if you opt for paid delivery. Certain big ticket items does come complimentary white glove delivery in which case you have option of scheduling date and time. Initially when i price matched the 47' 8600 he was charging me $50 for white glove and said he cannot remove becoz its come default... in that case i would have option of selecting date and time. Then he checked his item than told me this item ships through UPS and it wont be white glove and i have too select free super saving shipping.
