Just a head's up. I bought a coupon from these guys this morning. I had bought before and no problems at all. This coupon however said it was already used. I sent 2 emails to their Customer Service to give them a chance to refund my PayPal or send me a working coupon. Five hours later----No Response.

I got these a few months back with a $10 off $30 staples coupon and they are absolutely horrible. It's nearly impossible to actually tear off an actual square, they are like sand paper and hardly absorbent at all. And I'm not one of those picky people that always find something wrong with a product, actually this has been one of the few items I have bought my entire life that I really regretted because they were so awful.

Someone else had this same issue earlier today and fixed it by checking out as a guest instead of signing in.

I think the 50% off food + breakroom supplies works on this one too. That coupon is not as deeply buried as the 50% off cleaning. I used it to get 20 last time it was $13.31 each. Wife says we need more for the whole family.

I only saw one comment from someone that had used these and they were buying more so they must've liked them. Just sharing my experience with them, hopefully these are better then the ones I received.
