I wont buy from drugstore again, they cancelled the last "slickdeal" on the pantene shampoo that I ordered. Reason was that they were out of stock, wrote back saying i was willing to wait or substitute for another item and didnt get a reply. that to me is crappy customer service.

I had no problems buying just the lip balm. When I tried on my phone, it only took 50 cents off (idk why?) Then I got on the desktop computer and it worked perfectly. Thanks op!

I agree; they do this often too, and I won't shop there no more. They sent me the one bottle of shampoo, and claimed my BOGO free bottle was out of stock (when it wasn't) and charged me full price for the "in stock" bottle....and have cancelled my free bottle. How deceptive! It was their coupon right on their page! The reason people find it so hard to be happy is that they always see the past better than it was, the present worse than it is, and the future less resolved than it will be  VS Chat Thread |
