As many of you already know, Epic Sports recently ran a cash sweepstakes entitled the Epic Sports Win with Friends Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Winner was notified by e-mail on June 27 and then again on June 28. A third e-mail notification was sent on June 29 which included the Prize Claim Documents that must be returned in order to claim the Prize. As of 11:30 AM today, July 2, the Winner has not responded to these notifications and has not returned the Prize Claim Documents.

Multiple posts have been made on the Epic Sports Facebook page urging fans and visitors to check their inbox and spam box in the a-mail account used at the point of entry because the Winner has been sent notifications and has not responded.

The Official Rules for the Epic Sports Win with Friends Sweepstakes outlined that the entrant selected as the Grand Prize Winner would have up to 5 days to return the Prize Claim Documents from the time that they are sent by Epic Sports. Epic Sports has decided to be generous, but not too generous with this time allowance. THE ORIGINAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL HAVE UNTIL NOON ON FRIDAY, JULY 6, 2012 TO RETURN THE PRIZE CLAIM DOCUMENTS. If at noon (Central Time) on July 6, 2012, the Grand Prize Winner does not respond with the Prize Claim Documents, that person will forfeit the Prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be chosen based on another random drawing.

Today we were cleared to publicly announce the name of the Grand Prize Winner.
