1:57 confirmation as well here. I just sold my old arcade system a year or so ago too thinking I'd never use the 360 again... but I think my soon to be 3 year old will like the kinect.

Just got back from local best buy that had 5+ refurbished Xbox 360s that rang up for 159.99 + tax even though they were advertised at $199. Showed them this deal and got $10 off. $149.99 + tax good deal for those with a local best buy that has these in stock if you missed out online. These were the 360 Elite 120gb matte black finish, not the 250gb the op posted.

Went to my local store (Colorado Springs), but they said they do not carry refurbs in-store.
On a whim, decided to check online again and lo and behold, there are more back in stock. I wasn't able to get free shipping, however. They charged me $9.99 for shipping. Along with tax, the total was $167.33. |

Mine just shipped, hoping I get a good refurb model. Sucks it wouldn't be in until Monday

Can i buy a Square trade warranty for this by selection the "New" condition. for the same price i get 3 years as new and 1 year if refurbished. Does square trade ask for any receipt ?
