I just want to add my 2 Cents. I agree with everyone that said Armani Exchange is garbage. If you look at the "product details" tab for the purses they basically all say 1000% PVC (PVC is plastic). For $50 you can find nice trendy leather purses at TJMaxx or even the coach outlet online.

Leather is important because it will hold up better and can be repaired if it's ever damaged. Also, leather will retain it's value and you will be able to resell it for about what you paid for it. A PVC purse will be worthless and you should never pay more than $10, regardless of the brand (And Armani exchange is a low end brand)

As someone who actually purchases from this brand on a regular basis, I can tell you that no it isn't. It's not even close. Design and quality from Express is abysmal.

Despite being the lowest of the Armani brand, they still need to keep their standards. While AX cloths are certainly not the best clothes, it is incomparable to express. You do not know what you are talking about.

I've fallen for the express trap many times and every time I've regretted it.

I've never regretted an AX purchase.

I see the quality of clothes on par with Ralph lauren. However, they are completely different styles.

I happen to buy clothes from both brands for different occasions.

AX isn't comparable to signature Armani, but then neither is the price.
Some of their stuff is cheap but some is really nice. I have a couple of belts from there; one was purchased 5 years ago and it's still in good shape and still gets compliments. Not bad for something that retails for $50. Also bought a pair of men's briefs during their last sale and love them...one of the most comfortable pairs of underwear I own.
