BOA offering $150,000 off the balance of mortgages

Executives at Bank of America say they will begin mailing 200,000 letters offering customers mortgage principal reduction, up to $150,000. SO DONT TOSS THEM AWAY.

B of A is the Devil, and they should burn in Hell! I can't wait to see if they have any tricks left to screw over the people that try this. I can't think of any dirty trick they already haven't pulled multiple times. Even Chase isn't as crooked as B of A, and that's saying a lot.

The smartest thing ANYBODY can do if they use this bank for anything, is dump them QUICK, and never look back. You'll never be sorry if you do dump them.

Basically, you have to be more than 60 days behind on payments and owe more than the house is worth. So, if you live within your means and are financially responsible, no reward for you, while the neighbors next door who haven't made a payment in 3 years can get $150,000 off what they owe.
