Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (EST) on May 01, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) on September 30, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the United States, except California, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in California and where prohibited.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries will automatically result in disqualification.

Each entry will then automatically be put into one of nine (9) regions, based upon the region included on the entrant’s official entry form, as follows): Region 1: FL, IN, KY; Region 2: HI, AK; Region 3: NY, DE, Washington DC, MD, SC, CO, AZ; Region 4: TX, LA, OK; Region 5: IL, MN, SD, ND, NE, MA, RI; Region 6: TN, GA, NJ, CT; Region 7: AR, MO, KS, WI, NV, NM; Region 8: PA, WV, VA, NC, MS, AL, ME, NH, VT; Region 9: MI, WA, MT, WY, UT, ID, OR, IA, OH.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per Region (for a total of 9 Grand Prizes): Each Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Guadalajara, Mexico. Trip includes:
- round-trip first class air transportation for two (2) from airport nearest winner’s residence to Guadalajara, Mexico,
- two (2) nights Sponsor-specified hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) in Guadalajara, Mexico;
- transportation to/from airport/hotel/distillery;
- a tour for two (2) of the La Primavera distillery;
- a flight for two (2) from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta Mexico,
- two (2) nights Sponsor-specified hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and
- $1,000.00 spending money, awarded in the form of a check or prepaid debit card.

Sponsor reserves the right to change the specific location of the city(ies) in Mexico at its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any events outside of its control that may alter the specificity of the prize. Approximate Retail Value: $10,748 each. Any difference between the stated retail value and actual value will not be awarded. Winners and guests must comply with all airline, hotel and distillery rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Trip dates will be determined by sponsor and must be taken on the appointed dates or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate at Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Any picture identification requirements, passports, visas, immunizations, or other requirements associated with travel are the winners’ and their guests' responsibility. Costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner, including additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs.
