Iphone 4S 64 GB 299 @Frys with 2 year contract - $399 at Apple store

Sometimes pays to wait for the hype to settle down from last Nov and save. If you're looking to upgrade and not waiting for iPhone 5, but this is a better deal to get 64gb one for the price of a 32gb now. Fry's rep said their buyer ordered too many 64gb thus they set the price is at $299. Contacted the death star network to see if they can price match it and the rep said no way...goto Fry's to get the deal.

I got my iPhone4s 3 months ago on craigslist. It was new close to new. cost me $400 exactly.
I live in the Bay Area. It wasn't that hard to find. I had two sellers at 400, i cancelled the first appointment because I was called into work at the last minute. After i bought it I found more sales at around the same price. They key was to be the first few buyers to contact the seller

I imagine $350 very do-able, but 400 for sure. I mean, i got mine in early February in a high traffic market

to every person their own, but I've gotten almost all my phones on CLs for the last half decade. never had an issue with scams or quality of phone.

That guy that said $300 is totally wrong . A 32GB 3Gs will bring in $200 max these days and that's if you're lucky. I would know I have one and am looking to sell in the next few months.
