Check out http://www.shopobot.com/ and https://www.decide.com/. Those two websites graph prices across multiple online stores and help you find the best time to buy.
I highly encourage you to look into two concepts that will improve your viewing experience far beyond almost anything else you can - and both cost less than $50 to implement: self-calibration disc (such as Spears and Munsil) ($25) and bias lighting (simply put, a light behind your display with all other lights in your house turned off) (about $15). Either or both of these things will make your great-looking display a phenomenal-looking display. They are very easy to do and the reward is tremendous. If you want more, detailed, information, let me know and I'll post it up. Use wisely your power of choice.
