I got 100 8x10 bags for $13.95 shipped. They seem to work just as well as the name brand ones from what I can tell.

Another alternative to the FoodSaver zipper bags for the handhelds are the Ziploc Vacuum bags. They're pretty much the same design and durability from what I can tell. Most of all, the Ziploc bags work just as good. Here's a quick comparison based on Amazon's current prices.
