Looks like it probably does include the digital copies of the movies if this site is accurate. Read the review and click on the view of the back of the package.

EDIT: Someone on another site said that he's been able to register the digital download codes for other movies after the expiration date so you may be able to wait and get this at a lower price and not lose out on those. This is the same price as BF - so thumbs up! Doubt if the lines will be nearly as long today.

I'm guessing the sales tax with Best Buy differs from state-to-state? Best Buy comes out to $53.49 for me here in NJ.
Amazon has it for $51.72 right now [amazon.com] (as of this post), with free shipping and no tax at total. Might also be a good back-up in case BB's stock sells out too quickly. |
