All these sites offer the same ASU-10843 rebate for the VG236H.
http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.p...dd845ac8ea http://www.macconnection.com/IPA/...ebate18646 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applic...kwCjCECjCE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Pro...6824236092 http://www.directron.com/vg236h.html?gsear=1 http://www.datavis.com/cgi-bin/pr...&site=GOGL http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/c...details&Q= I figured that was enough x_x Should I add the rebate to the post? It would suck if they didn't honor the rebate for Amazon orders. |

Okay I did a quick two minute run through google shopping and made a list of about SEVEN different reputable(aka lots of reviews) vendors that are all offering the same rebate, I could've swore I clicked "Post Quick Reply" but the post disappeared x_x.
EDIT: Oops. Didn't notice the second page, where my list was located -__- From the top of my head there was: Newegg Mwave Directron Tigerdirect BHphoto ..... I have bad memory. ![]() Is it safe to add the $30 MIR to the dealpost? It'd suck if they didn't honor the rebate for Amazon purchases... But also kind of unbelievable, considering the circumstances.... The reasons why I think it's legit: -Many stores are offering it -There's no specific vendor on the rebate form. -The rebate is processed directly through Asus. Why I'm worried: -Amazon isn't showing it. -Does Asus have a list of vendors that are approved, but they're just not sharing that information? ![]() ![]()

https://asus.4myrebate.com/Claim/...FERDETAILS You can pre-register the rebate and under retailers it lists "all resellers." Everyone should be eligible except Frys.com Sometimes Amazon is just spotty with updating their rebate forms. Also, in the OP, make sure you link the correct offer # and not the expired one from Amazon. Great deal OP. Last edited by FatSmurf; 05-12-2012 at 08:35 AM.. |

Also, the benefits of true 120hz will be apparent in day to day tasks, not just gaming. |

Could someone help me out . . . Is there any easy way to determine if this or any monitor is "mountable"? I have an articulating wall-mount. I suspect that the description should say "VESA mounts" or something like that. Or would I have to check with the manufacturer. Much thanks for any assistance.

This is one of two monitors I'd consider currently for my needs.
The other being BenQ XL2420TX; which, for twice the cost can do 3D via HDMI (for PS3) Other than that, I'd go this monitor in a heart beat. My favorite review, by a very knowledgable dude: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7J...ature=plcp -- I think I just talked myself into buying this; dammit. |
