I just got a laptop from them, and it took 2 WEEKS before they even shipped it to me. I even sent an email after 10 days asking about it, and they blew me off and told me to "just wait". Then, it took more than 1 week to get to me. It was a great deal, but I wasn't impressed at their speed. So, if you can wait, the deals can be awesome. By the way, I still ordered 2 packs of these pillows, even with what I posted above. I have bad neck problems, and a great pillow is wonderful. I hope this will work for me. The last GREAT pillow I had, was a "Mediflow Water Pillow". Now THAT is a great pillow for people with cervical spinal damage! After a while though, some of the water tends to leak, and turn moldy. I had to throw out my last one and haven't ordered a new one as of yet, and now this came along to try. Years ago I paid over $80 for a Mediflow, but they are cheaper now. In 4 1. I'm a stomach sleeper with an easily tweeked neck. Hope these don't go flat on me like regular pillows.
