Same sh*t still "Pending Shipment", ordered 2 days ago it should've arrived today.

Mine arrived today. Looks brand new. Was in shadowbox, had all original accessories, and was never previously paired (well, at least not currently paired with any phones as some other "new" ones were). Updated firmware to current, installed my favorite apps/sounds, and it is working perfectly.

I got the same cancellation email. Telephone order support at ATT says that the ICON SKU is #75736.

Telephone accessory sales department says that they're out of stock on that SKU.

"unable to verify the information you provided" when the item is out of stock: classy, ATT!

cancelled. b*tches. Classy indeed. The correct thing for them to do would be to say that they ran out of stock, but will be getting new stock soon, and will overnight it to me as soon as it arrives. All with a big apology.
