It's in the comments section of the first post. I'm still skeptical though because the wording says "All orders placed today that are shipped..." which indicates to me that this offer applies only to orders that were already placed, not any new orders. At least that's how I'm reading it.

I think rayovac extended the offer because people who had already placed their orders were complaining on FB. I could be wrong.
