It would need to be $50+ after Rewards and coupons are deducted.

Anyone know who I should contact if my $10 recycle for HP ink didn't credit properly? Looks like they just entered in all the carts under the normal SKU instead of 3 on the special SKU.

Any suggestions on a cheap item to buy to get a balance coupon and prevent ink rewards theft ?

Yes go to the copy/print area and have them charge you $.10 for a black and white copy.

No...In fact I don't know if the generic ink recycling is still even on. May have ended 5/12. Cannot find the promotion any longer on Staples.com and last date was 5/12.

Non-premier account. I made the mistake of not hitting the $10 minimum for ink/paper/copy in April. Actually I thought I had met the minimum because the $30 I got for recycling generic HP carts was reported as ink/paper/copy, but when they issued the rewards this was moved over to the ink recycling reward, leaving me with <$10 for the ink/paper/copy. Anyone have any experience with rolling rewards? I'm assuming the calendar quarter ends march/june/sept/dec? So at some point I should see the balance from April roll into May? Any idea how long the roll will take? Right now May is reported as $0. Thanks.

Minimum amounts are based on calendar quarter. So, you have until end of June to get your rewards dollars above $10. I would suggest the 100% back on the address stamp offered this week to get over $10. No idea how long they will take to roll over the amount. One would think in the next few weeks. The total should be there under one of those tabs on the left in Rewards.
