I have one of these versions and it works well. It works great for my wife who leaves her phone in her purse on vibrate so she would never hear it, but now it rings the home phone

Sometimes the reception is not so great, but that is inconsistent.

Overall I like these units and would recommend them.

I have this phone in the office and use the bluetooth headset with it all the time. Only thing I wish this phone had was multiple lines, but the wireless hands free was more important to me when I bought it. I have never linked my cell phone to the base, only the headset.

Overall, very satisfied with this phone for the wireless headset feature and would recommend it to others who want it for the same feature.

I purchased a 3 handset at Staples for around 40 awhile back. Did a match price to Office Depot and then used a coupon and there was a SER with it.

You might want to check OD and Staples for availability and prices.

Very limited list of compatible phones, and not even all the ones on the list can ring as cell...

Both phones can be paired simultaneously, but only one can be used at a time. So if you are using Panny to talk on one cell, then a call to second cell won't ring through to Panny. You can keep both cells on. If you have a landline, then you can be on two separate calls at same time.

This should be the same as the KX-TG7644M except ONLY 3 handsets.
