Potentially a good deal but op lacks some vital information.
I found a easy rebate# 12-87787 but I am pretty sure this is not the same rebate. OP, since you have made the purchase, what is the rebate offer number in your order confirmation email? Don't Worry. Be Happy.

I think it is one gift card when you spend 49.00 or more and not 1 gift card for each ink
Get a $10 Staples Gift Card with $49 or more of HP Ink and if you spend 100.00 in one time u still get just 1 gift card because it is 49.00 or more and not every 49,00 |

I just had chat with staples again and they gave me 12-87787 rebate ID Im going to cancel this order and order only printer which is still at very sweet $25 |

read T&C carefully
You will get one $10 gift card when you buy $49 HP ink or more. So you buy 4 (with total >$49), and get ONLY one $10 gift card!!!In addition, if ink total in the same order is $100, you will still get one $10 GC (since it say "or more"). In order to get another $10, you would need to have a separate order.
