has been at this price for weeks. there are horror stories in the reviews: memtest faults on both modules, memtest faults on the modules AND on the replacements, etc. there is a very big portion of reviews with 1 star and they all look the same: DOAs or memtest faults. and if u read the 5 star reviews they are mostly like this: "its cheap and it works, duh!". very few 5 star reviews actually say the modules memtested ok, so the 5 star reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt. my recommendation is don't buy; go for faster 4+4GB at $43 or 8+8GB at $99 from G-Skill at newegg.
ordered a pair of these last week and put into a Mac Mini i5 2.3Ghz. Has been working fine for two days for usage and passed two cycles of memtest. i'll run a another long number of cycles when i go to sleep for additional verification.
Got this memory. As soon as it arrived I put in my laptop (Dell Inspiron) and ran Memtest. Memtest failed repeatedly. I contacted the seller, who told me that memory works fine under normal load and to just be careful not to overstress the memory. Since then, I have been keeping the total used memory on my laptop below 12Gb and have only had a handful of unexplained sudden reboots. So I guess it's OK for the money.
