Fax machine Offer - Jamaica $175 pp 6 days & 5 nights

We have been getting these vacation offers thru our fax maching. I am pretty sure that this is a time share deal. It is for 6 days and 5 nights for $175 per person to Cancun, Cabo, Domincan Republic or Jamaica. Choose your dates packages are open dated & valid for 1 year. It says choose your 5 star resort, all meals and drinks (alcohol & non) included 24 hrs a day, unlimited activities including non motorized water sports. Also includes 5 bonus day 4 nights in orlando, fl. This would be perfect for us (we want to go to Jamaica this year for our anniversary and to Orlando next year with the kids) and I don't mind timeshare appointments (I have a 5 yo & 7 yo I and say no all day!). Does anyone have any clue as to who this would be thru? there is no name.
