Finding an Affordable Exterminator

I called Western and found that they offer a one time service and a re-occuring service protection plan.

The one-time service for the home of our size (1900 sqft) runs ~$150.

The re-occuring protection plan runs $46 monthly, $85 quarterly.

I was looking for someone that can spray the house, warranty the work for 30 to 60 days and charge ~$60.

Rather than work my way through the phone book, I wanted to see if anyone had already done this and could save me some time.
