If anyone comes across a Skpye camera and see's a price let me know please. They're normally $100 but if I can get one for significantly less I'd jump on it. I think a couple of my stores have it, just don't have time to get over there right now.

Thanks for letting us know but the one store that had a 6500w surround sound system had an open boxed unit and it was only on sale for what I thought it she said $499 but $419 is probably what is was since she said being opened box they would take 10% making it 379.00! I don't really think that is much of a deal now. Was hoping for something much less

Typically one market will have similar clearance prices, but I found that wasn't the case on the HT-D6500W here. For example: one had it for $419.99, another had it for $257.99, and a third (also on the BB store closing list) had it for $129.99. In the post I initially saw on FW, the OP from East Brunswick, NJ got it for $329.99 NIB on April 20th. On the HT-D5500 I saw a few stores with it marked as $291.99 or $249.99. They also had display models in the $150 to $180 range. The Samsung SSG-P3100M kits were going for $49.99 last time I checked. The Samsung WIS-09ABGN LinkStick Adapters were either $19.99 or $24.99, but most will have been returned to vendor by now. Last edited by TDMVP73; 05-17-2012 at 08:07 AM.. |

Here is the easiest and fastest way to get the samsung HT D6500W.
1. pull up google shopping and search for samsung HT d6500w home theatre system. 2. google shopping will give you a list of stores (usually BB and others) with current price and stock availability. 3. check to see which BB store has it for the lowest price is your area. 4. Call that BB to confirm price. (dont worry about tipping anyone off. usually the CSRs answer the phone and they have no clue on whats a good price or not). 5. Go back to BB.com and order the samsung HT system but for store pickup. Remember to choose the store that had it listed for the lowest price. 6. dont worry that its listed for $599 on the website. When doing in store pickup, at the time of pickup, it automatically reverts to the lowest in store price. The register will refund the difference. 7. You walk out of BB with system in hand. No need to drive from store to store. Just keep in mind that prices vary from region to region. In NYC right now, most stores have it for $119. some have it for $419. Just choose store pickup for the store that is listed at $119. Last edited by BankofGreed; 05-17-2012 at 08:14 AM.. |

![]() If you don't jump on it, I guarantee you an employee will, probably by tonight if you called. Plus, you have a 30 day return policy, and I think they offer you a 4 year protection plan for like $25. I haven't really looked into the Best Buy extended warranties closely to see exactly what they cover, but if its comprehensive, that's a good deal. I'd also be interested if it would provide for a replacement model (E series) or only pay out up to the purchase price. |

Have you actually done that in-store pick-up trick before to secure your item? I didn't know that's how it worked at Best Buy, I thought that was only at MicroCenter where it auto-adjusts down at checkout. From my understanding, the price you pay on BestBuy.com is what you pay in-store when you pick-up. BestBuy.com actually processes the charge, the store is just fulfilling the merchandise instead of shipping it from a distribution center. Its different at MicroCenter because on their site you are just reserving the merchandise, your card is never charged, and you can actually pay with any payment method on pick-up. |
