They already have Xpand universal glasses.

I got one of these during the BestBuy deal and I am very happy with it. No problems thus far (knocks on wood).

I almost returned it the first day because when using my PC it looked like crap. Text was jagged/pixelated beyond belief. It turns out that the factory default for Sharpness is completely obscene. Dragging it down to like a 1 made things look great.

The best thing for color reproduction is that you can tweak the factory default presets as well as the custom mode for color. Typically you are stuck to just one custom color configuration.

For those that are unhappy with the PC display try:
Brightness: 50
Contrast: 80
Color: 40
Hue : 0
Sharpness: 1 or 2

If you have ever used a macbook you know what the glare will be like. Mine is in a small office that is fairly dark and I don't mind it. I use ambient light (lamp aimed at wall behind monitor) but I did this with my Samsung T260HD as well.

Too bad these things are plagued with so many power issues. I really would have gotten this.

thats correct, but think of them as a red ray/ blue ray player combo. the next gen due this year will eliminate the red ray portion and will only work with the blu ray. which is the new new 3d televisions using the new 3d format. 3d hardware and software will then progress using this new template.

This is quite simply A HORRIBLE COMPUTER MONITOR and a LOUSY SCREEN. I bought it for $300 a few months back and returned it 2 days later. It is not bad if you need a cheap and small 3D Display. It's dismal beyond that. I hooked up XBOX 360 up to it and it looks washed out and no where near HD. I plugged in my MacBook and it was horrible. This is a piece of trash IMO. It wasn't defective it just was crap.

I think there is a reason why these things aren't selling at $300, when you compare it to the competition of similar monitors. Now at $200... I still can't bring myself to buy it and I want a Sony branded product as they tend to look very sexy.
