If you receive this error when linking your gamertag, "cannot access this gamer ID,check privacy settings on Xbox live" - go to Xbox.com and change your privacy settings to Everyone, so that Raptr can see your profile and online status.
To receive the free games - After you get the month of gold, click the checkbox on the xbox website that says "I accept and want to enter the Raptr offer". Then you will receive a new Raptr Reward on Raptr, which will give you the two game codes. This may take up to 30 minutes.
To turn off auto-renewal/cancel your Xbox Live Gold trial - go to "My account" on Xbox.com, and press the "change" button next to auto-renewal.

Raptr is a pretty solid service otherwise; worth a look even if you're not into the promotion. Has entirely replaced xfire for me. Raptr has provided a few other solid rewards with their new rewards system too (coupons on pc equipment, beta access, free crap in mmo's, etc).

I missed last week's Minecraft promotion (didn't meet the criteria), but I'm happy I didn't renew my Gold before this one popped up. Used my PayPal account and had the codes in a matter of minutes. Thanks OP!

This works for Gold account too.
If you already have Raptr with Gold, just change your gamertag to a silver account of yours. Claim the reward. The change your gamertag back to your Gold account and you will instantly get the 2 game codes. Sweet!!!

Is the 1 month of live instant, or do they give you a code for that as well? I want the free month, but not at the moment.

The month of gold is instant. They are only giving out 15,000 so I'd get in on it for the games at least

Make sure Social Network Sharing, Game History, Profile Sharing, and Online Status are set to allowed and save it. Then try again. |

This is sweet cant beat free and 2 games, but I am getting the promo 2 mnths for $2 on dashboard every time my gold expires, so far I had 6 mnths for 6$, dont know how long it works but I am glad it worked so far and does any one else able to get this?
