I got a very bad service in Fry's located at 550 east brokaw road, San Jose, CA. The customer service representative said they will check for me but they didn't call me back after two days. I had to go to this store and ask for help. Then they told me I have to resubmit the rebate to the new address by myself at first and I didn't agree to do it. Finally they said they can do it for me today but I won't guarantee anything since the postmark must be before today and they may not be able to send out the rebate mail today. Then I had to talk to store manager but he still won't guarantee anything. Finally, I decided to return this Bytecc HDMI switch to Fry's since I don't want to take this risk by myself without Fry's any promise/guarantee.
I asked for the representative's name since I would like to submit a complaint to Fry's. This person even hide her name card and turn back to me so that I can't have her name. I have to try the other way to get her name. This is the worst customer service I experienced in the US. |
