Lowe's 10% Off Coupon - YMMV

I realize this has been posted and debated previously but yesterday I went to the Post Office and got 3 "moving packets" and each had a 10% off your total Lowe's purchase through August 15, 2012.

This is very YMMV but to me it's worth a trip to the Post Office to see if you can get one too. They take these at Home Depot and other hardware stores and I've even phoned in a couple of HD orders and used the coupons - thus allowing me to re-use the coupon at Lowe's or HD in-store later on.
