GTX 570 (very good video card) requires minimum power supply of 550W and you always want to have some power left.

Not a good price, 520W is not enough for a half way decent gaming PC so this power range makes it too powerful for casual user and too weak for a serious one.

Most people don't break more than 400 watts of continuous power unless you're SLI or Triple or Quad SLI. Since all GPU watt benchmarks measure from the socket pull, a 7850 won't break 300 watts, so you should be fine

If you're just running stock, then 430 should be more than enough. I actually overstated my usage at max by a bit. With both GPU and CPU (stock, 3,3% automatic OC) at 100% (synthetic benchmark), my total power usage is between 273-275w, leaving plenty of power available on my 400W PSU. Being that your CPU is about 22 watts more power efficient than mine at max TDP, I would say that 430 watts will be more than enough for stock and even a little OC, but keep in mind that your motherboard may use more power than mine (high end Mobo's use more power). My only concern would be the PSU itself. If it were a Seasonic, there would be no concern, though.

It's $20 lower with more power, 600W vs. 520W. How reliable is OCZ power supplies in general?

you cannot compare the quality and this is modular, its worth the extra $20.

OCZ is also modular. I know the quality of seasonic is one of the greatest, but is there any comparisons between them? or the reviews for this OCZ model?
