If you prize your rims think twice about taking your car to Discount Tire in Federal Way, WA. I've been to both locations on Pacific Highway and they always scuff up my rims.
I've always asked for them to apply the rebate off my price, with success. They call it an instant rebate in hopes that you don't go home, and send in the rebate form yourself, which of course I did....with success every time.
Give it a shot.
I'd have to disagree with fransen above. I ordered from discounttiredirect.com and then submitted my $100 rebate request using the emailed invoice number. 24 Hours later my rebate status was approved. I also doubt this is a YMMV deal... as long as you bought them in the proper time frame [5/25-5/26], you are eligible.
I should also point out that when you look at the rebate site and the rebate approval posted above... It clearly shows all 3 entities. America' Tire, Discount Tire & Discount Tire Direct.

i bought these on 5/13 with a $50 hankook rebate... is a print-out of the confirmation email good enough for an invoice? i didn't get one physically sent with my tires

Anyone here have any opinions on the Riken HR? I have a pretty tight budget and my Michelin Primacy MXV4's are almost worn down, way to expensive of a tire for me right now.

I'll be taking advantage of this deal this weekend it looks like. Our 2010 Ford Flex came with Hankook tires. Had I purchased Hankook tires from a tire dealer, they would have an 80,000 mile warranty. Since these were OEM, there is no warranty offered through Hankook. We follow the recommended maint. schedule from Ford and rotate the tires when recommended, and these tire wore out w/less than 25,000 miles.
Not pleased w/Hankook tires, I had a set on my Audi, and they were crap too. This space for rent
