I recently purchased these for my computer audio upgrading from the z 5500 =] i got it for around the same price. these are great just remember to purchase the speaker wires and if connecting to a receiver to get a coax cable along with it. i hooked it up to a old pioneer vsx tx80 wanted analong/multi channel with digital audio.. and i purchased two extra klipsch quint for my front and moving two the hd 500 satellites to the rear for... 7.1

Hm. Questioning if I should get this and pair it with my harmon kardon avr 335 to replace my z5500 in my room.

hmm well i dont think theres much difference in sound only minimal its just the z5500 is missing the mid's
