After looking for a 20mm or 25mm Panasonic lens for the last month and reading forum postings from the last year or two, I don't expect any deal for these lensing anytime this year if ever. Panasonic is not sending enough of these two lenses to meet demand. I am not sure they are sending any. The lenses have been out of stock most of the time. The best one can do is place an order like at J and R and hope a few trickle in. J and R has the lowest price I could find from an authorized seller. I had an order in at J and R for a few weeks until I found out the 17 mm is available for about $175 at eBay. The only reason it is available at that price is some are selling out the 17 mm that comes with the GF3. When I called to cancel my J and R order I was told by the customer representative that some had come in that day. She asked if I still wanted to cancel. I said yes. So either she lied that any came in or lied that enough came in to make it down to my name on the wait list or J and R is willing to bump someone up on the list if they call to cancel. If someone wants a 20mm at current J and R prices then I would try placing an order then call a few days later to cancel to see if any just happened to have come in stock. I checked every few days after canceling to confirm that the J and R website still states that both the 20 and 25 mm lens are out of stock. You won't find any deals on the 20 or 25 mm on eBay as lack of supply has driving up the prices.
