They're a reputable company. I've ordered from them numerous times over the past few years. Never had a problem with checking out through credit card or paypal, so you might want to contact customer service or use a different payment method.

the cell defense serum is complete crap. Second ingredient is glycerin. You'd be better off rubbing Astroglide on your face. If you want an excellent Vitamin C serum, I'd recommend making your own. You can make it in tiny batches with very few ingredients for 1/100th of the cost of what's sold in stores.

I like dermstore but I think most of what's sold there is junk these days. The only thing that really works on skin is Retin-A. Retin-A can be obtained very inexpensively from overseas pharmacies.
