Please help me find an extra large capacity toaster oven NOT convection oven

I am looking for an extra large capacity toaster oven. It needs to be a traditional toaster oven and NOT a convection oven. It needs to have two different heating racks inside and be able to accomodate two 13" pizzas at the same time, or two large size toaster oven pans (not the small toaster oven pans). Any brand is okay, but we need one that can easily hold 425 or 450 degrees without difficulty. We have a Hamilton Beach that never held 450, despite dials going up to 450 when we first got it, it had a short in it, but then just started working, so we never got rid of it. When we first got it, it was over $100 and it held 425, now it won't even hold 400. Price is not a huge factor, but it has to be a countertop oven, run on a traditional outlet, and under $300 would be nice. Any and all recommendations would be wonderful! This is an item that is used nightly to prepare meals instead of using the traditional oven that is built into our apartment.
