Warning: Walmart has 3 day return policy on air mattresses. This means if you spring a leak for whatever reason, there is no return possible after 3 days. I bought one of these last summer and had a horrible experience, talked the manager into a replacement, same problem - it wouldn't hold air. YMMV. Hopefully you will have better luck than me.

I had an older version of this and it was not very comfortable. We purchased a queen sized aero bed and that thing is very comfortable, almost like a real bed with the double thick mattress. I the only negative is the size of it folded, it is like a very large sleeping bag rolled up, very large. For camping this might be a good deal, but I wouldn't put an overnight guest on it!

This Coleman air mattress was one of the ones that we looked at in Walmart when we were shopping for an air mattress. We use ours on carpet in our apartment when my back starts hurting from our mattress, so I do not know how it will hold up outdoors. This was one of two air mattresses that we ended up buying. This air mattress is very low to the ground. When I say low to the ground, I mean it. When my boyfriend who is 180 pounds lays on this air mattress in the middle he sinks almost completely to the ground even when it is inflated properly. The other problem with this air mattress was that you have to purchase a pump separately unless you are using it outdoors near a car with a lighter outlet that the pump included with this air mattress can be plugged into. The biggest problem with this air mattress is the odor. It does not have a plastic like odor that smells like strong plastic, instead it has a chemical odor that smells like a combination of factory fumes and burnt plastic. The odor was strong even after six months of use, so strong that we finally got a zippered mattress cover to encase the entire air mattress, which took care of the smell.
We ended up with an Ozark Trail brand raised air mattress that is double height. We love it, but it's not perfect either, when one person gets up, if you are each laying on one side, it acts sort of like a teeter totter and you end up flying into the air slightly. To counteract this, we just put a stack of pillows and a comforter on the side no one is sleeping on. I am a large female and I have no problems with sinking on our air mattress. The Ozark Trail one has lasted us two years and had no odor straight out of the box. |

I sound like a salesman for them, but I think they are seriously that good. I think you can get them for about $100 at Costco and bed bath and beyond carries them, with a 20% off coupon, they.are reasonable. |

I have mixed feelings about this air bed. I have a coleman just like it that I've been taking camping for about 6 years and it still has no leaks. However I bought this coleman from walmart last year and it sprung a leak after our first camping trip, having been laid on nothing but a tent floor. So I need a new mattress but do I dare risk it again with coleman....
P.S. I have the same pump as sold here. It works great but beware it's only 12V for car cigarette lighter and it is quite bulky. |

it says: Air Mattresses and Airbeds: Unopened items with a receipt may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days. Opened items with receipt may be exchanged within 15 days for same item or credit towards a future purchase. Defective airbeds may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase for the same airbed or for credit towards an airbed of equal or greater value. |

Should we buy the below the $36 version if we want to use it inside home?
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Coleman...w9MynSeamY Or can I just return the 12v air pump and ask for 120v when I go to pickup my order I already placed with 12v for $30?
