What do you call
a box that you can use to plug in allllllllll of your usb plugs. I have an extention or two that I am using but have a problem with the computer recognizing what I am plugging into it. I have an external hard drive, webcam, one for the camera, and so on. Is their a box that would help keep them all plugged into one place? TYIA.

You're referring to a USB hub? Basically a USB extender similar to a power strip with multiple power outlets, a USB hosts multiple USB ports and that hub connects to a USB port on your computer and the computer should recognize any USB devices plugged into that hub.
