Thread Details

Just got an AMEX card a few months ago, and now have 75K points with the sign up promo. I was thinking about getting some gift cards with the points and sell the gift cards, but heard some people mentioning Rewards2Cash.com.

I never heard of the website before and their payout rate for points seems to be really good, have anyone used them before?

From start to finish, how long did the process take? I got 37k with another 61k coming at the end of the month.

Just wanted to let you know my experience with Jack @ themilesbroker today. I sold 250K Amex MR points to him and the transaction was flawless from start to finish. He was extremely professional and answered my emails right away. It was truly a pleasure and I can't recommend him enough if you have points to sell. Definitely give him a go and you will have a great experience. Oh BTW he sent PayPal immediately after verifying the points transfer and no fees!. You can't ask for more!

Hope this helps anyone looking to cash in.

Of course it doesn't help because you won't tell us what he paid for the miles. There are a million good brokers out there.

I sold 64K United Mileage Plus miles to Eli from milesbuyer and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He responded to my emails quickly. He presented an offer that I was happy with for my miles and he provided payment right away to my Paypal! Overall great experience and hope to do business with him again.

Is there any reason you won't tell us the rate he paid you?

Just finished selling 80k Amex points to Eli @ Milesbuyer. Eli was great; paid in advance for points, really smooth transaction. I thought it was going to be alot harder to transfer...(all done online)

Amex points were sold at .013 I didn't disclose since that seems to be the standard rate.

Would you mind detailing the process of transferring amex points online. I thought amex changed their policy and made it impossible to transfer points unless the receiver is an authorized user on your card (and most people understandably are not going to want to add the recipient of the points (someone who they don't know at all) as an authorized user.

Each broker can outline their process for you.

Very glad this forum is here. I was always too scared to sell any points/miles, finally have some miles without an immediate need, and sders feedback helped provide realistic idea of risks, without exaggeration or downplaying. It also put me in the right direction-

Went with Ethan @ Miles Above (MABrokerage.com). He offered the best rate per mile, and up front paypal payment after documenting my mileage and account ownership. Professional, nice and pleasant, with clear communication. Impressed by his honesty and up front disclosure of details. Sometimes a few days passed between emails, but he also responded, and helped conclude an easy transaction. Thanks Ethan!
