I had a survey about some "samples" (survey was on my page a week ago) and I e-mailed them because I had no idea what it was referring too, since nothing has arrived. I contacted them via their contact form on the site and no reply. I never was informed beforehand I qualified for anything, so who knows what and/or if anything was sent. The survey even asked if I found the letter helpful and such. I think their system must have had a glitch but sort of dislike that they have not replied one way or the other (kind of rude). I keep my profile updated and always answer whatever questions they have (sign-in once a day like with other sites) but the site just does not give much back. I feel like I am spinning my wheels with them and I only recall twice getting anything (Chex Gluten free cereal and those "Natural" cookies).

Got this email,But when I click on the survey tab,nothing comes up.It is a white blank screen

I was able to click it, fill it out and submit it from there which was really strange:/ Just try going directly to the site and see what happens because whenever they have sent me an email in the past about a pt, the invite was also on the list too. Hope this helps. |
