The scoops in the tubs are regular sized, but I think you're allowed to use your own scoop if you don't like the one that comes in the package. |

Having said that; I am not a big fan of protein blends. They are always mostly cheaper whey protein. Also taking fast metabolizing whey protein together with slower metabolizing, casein, whey etc will slow down the processing of the whey protein. |
